It’s all part of the false paradigm of
Eat less + Exercise = Weight loss.
‘Count your calories’ and then go work out in the gym and ‘burn’ then off! I don’t know about you but I’m certainly not a heat engine.
The real paradigm for weight loss is as follows:
Eating more fat + Less carbs = Weight loss
