Dr. James Carlson – The Calorie Myth

Watch Dr. James Carlson assert some truth about the ridiculous notion that calories have anything to do with human health or weight loss.

It’s all part of the false paradigm of
Eat less + Exercise = Weight loss.
‘Count your calories’ and then go work out in the gym and ‘burn’ then off!  I don’t know about you but I’m certainly not a heat engine.

The real paradigm for weight loss is as follows:
Eating more fat + Less carbs = Weight loss
