The mechanism of behavioral control that society exerts over the individual person is shaped by the way in which he or she communicates with others. Our fear-based culture expects us to reveal to others that we are ‘good’ even if this may not be the case. An emotionally repressive attitude is what we are expected to posses during social interaction with others, and if we do then we are trapped in the game and people will try to control our lives as they would an emotionless robot. A robot deserves no sympathy and no remorse. We reap what we sow.
Your happiness during social interaction depends on you behaving in a way that is both logically and emotionally sound, and by simply telling the truth at the beginning of a conversation, you’re telling others that ‘yes’ you are truly a human being and laying the foundation for a deeper and more meaningful conversation in the future.
It could be said that true happiness is rooted in the uninfluenced experience of one’s true self in all situations.

Hey Mr.Mark, I like this video man, I enjoy the idea of being true to oneself as well as the other. The only thing is, we as individuals need to understand that it is possible to live a moral, loving life with out offending others. The way I like to look at is as follows; To express ones emotions is a start, but to add thought in addition to emotional response, we can understand in full how one should react. To quote Victor E. Frankel, One finds meaning in life, on behalf of the way we react during times of suffering.
i dont have a problem with you swearing and i understand better than anyone else that it just shows your passion but as a huge fan id like if you didnt swear so much just for the pure sake of not pushing more reserved people away from enjoying or even viewing your information. you know as well as i do how important it is to get on others levels if we want them to understand us
