Interesting. Any recommendations for number of sets, mixing of exercises, counts or duration of movement for all of these?
In his book Professor McGill says that you don’t want to do the static holds for more than 8 seconds because it restricts oxygenation to the core muscles.
So what you’re looking at is doing as many reps of 8 seconds that you can do.
As with all exercise, you should progressively increase with every workout.
